To meet AML/CTF, fraud-prevention, and payment-provider requirements, we may require customers to complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing certain services or receiving any payouts. Identity checks are conducted via our third-party provider, Rise, which may process personal information such as name, date of birth, address, and identity document details, and return a verification status/result. We may request additional documentation where appropriate, and we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if verification is not completed, fails, or where we identify compliance or risk concerns (including restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions). Where necessary to process payments and manage risk, we may share relevant verification status and compliance information with our payment providers.
